PKR58 ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform") operates the website accessible at pkr58.cam. This Privacy Policy describes how PKR58 collects, processes, stores, shares and protects the personal data of users ("you", "your") who access or interact with the Platform.
PKR58 is an English-language online gaming reference platform designed specifically for the Pakistan market. We take the privacy and security of your personal data extremely seriously. This Policy is written in plain English so that users from Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar and elsewhere in Pakistan can understand clearly how their information is handled.
This Privacy Policy should be read alongside our Terms & Conditions, which govern your use of the Platform as a whole. By creating an account or continuing to use PKR58 after this Policy has been published, you acknowledge that you have read and understood its contents.
Pakistani Users: Pakistan does not currently have a comprehensive standalone data protection law equivalent to the GDPR. However, PKR58 applies internationally recognised data protection principles — including lawfulness, fairness, purpose limitation, data minimisation, accuracy, storage limitation and integrity — to all personal data processing, regardless of the user's location.

We may receive personal data about you from third-party sources, including identity verification services used during KYC, payment processors facilitating transactions via familiar Pakistani payment rails (such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank or Bank Alfalah), and fraud prevention partners. Such providers are engaged as Data Processors and are contractually bound to handle data in accordance with applicable data protection standards. The receipt of data from these providers does not imply any endorsement of gambling activity by those payment services.

PKR58 uses session data, transaction history and behavioural signals to identify patterns that may indicate problematic gambling behaviour. Where such patterns are detected, we may proactively contact the user, apply responsible gambling safeguards or restrict access in accordance with our Responsible Gambling policy. This processing is carried out in the user's vital interests and in the interest of public health.
PKR58 may use your email address to send you information about platform updates, new features and relevant promotional offers — but only where you have provided explicit consent to receive such communications. You may withdraw marketing consent at any time by updating your account notification settings or contacting our support team. We do not send unsolicited SMS or push notifications without your prior opt-in.

We engage carefully selected third-party service providers to support platform operations. These include cloud hosting and infrastructure providers, payment processing intermediaries, identity verification services, fraud detection platforms and customer support software vendors. All such providers are bound by data processing agreements that prohibit them from using your data for any purpose other than providing the contracted service to PKR58.
Where you initiate a financial transaction, we share the minimum necessary data with the relevant payment processor to complete that transaction. Reference to familiar Pakistani payment services such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah is made purely in a functional context. The transmission of transaction data to such providers does not imply any endorsement, partnership or affiliation between those providers and PKR58's gambling operations.
PKR58 may disclose personal data to law enforcement agencies, regulatory bodies or competent courts where we are legally required to do so — for example, in response to a valid court order, AML reporting obligation or fraud investigation. We will, where legally permissible, notify you of any such disclosure.
In the event of a merger, acquisition, asset sale or corporate restructuring involving PKR58, personal data may be transferred to the acquiring or successor entity. You will be notified of any such transfer and of any changes to data processing arrangements that may result from it.
No Data Selling: PKR58 has never sold user personal data to third-party advertisers, data brokers or marketing networks, and does not intend to do so. If our data practices ever change materially in this regard, you will be notified and given the opportunity to opt out before any such processing commences.

PKR58 operates as an international platform and may store or process your personal data in countries outside of Pakistan. PKR58 retains personal data only for as long as it is necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by applicable law. Our general retention principles are as follows:
Upon expiry of the applicable retention period, personal data is securely deleted or anonymised in accordance with our data destruction procedures.
Section 10
Depending on the data protection laws applicable in your jurisdiction, you may hold some or all of the following rights in respect of your personal data held by PKR58. We are committed to honouring these rights promptly and without undue formality.
To exercise any of these rights, please contact our privacy team via the support channels set out in Section 15. We will verify your identity before processing any request and will respond within 30 calendar days. Where a request is complex or numerous, we may extend this period by a further 60 days with prior notice. We do not charge a fee for exercising your rights unless a request is manifestly unfounded or excessive.
Section 11
PKR58 is strictly an adults-only platform. The minimum age to register an account is eighteen (18) years, or the higher minimum required by the operator's licence jurisdiction. We do not knowingly collect personal data from any person under the age of 18.
Where PKR58 discovers or is notified that personal data belonging to a minor has been collected — whether through misrepresentation of age or any other means — we will immediately suspend the associated account, delete the relevant personal data and, where appropriate, report the matter to the relevant authorities.
⚠️ Age Verification: All users are required to submit valid government-issued identity documents confirming their date of birth as part of the KYC process. Providing false age information is a material breach of our Terms & Conditions and may result in legal action.
Parents and guardians who believe their child may have accessed PKR58 are urged to contact us immediately at our support email so that we can take prompt action to remove the account and any associated data.

PKR58 implements a range of technical and organisational measures designed to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, accidental loss, destruction or disclosure. These measures include:
Notwithstanding the above, no method of electronic transmission or storage is entirely secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your personal data, we cannot guarantee absolute security. Users are also responsible for maintaining the security of their own devices and account credentials.

The PKR58 Platform may reference or describe third-party services for informational purposes — including payment platforms such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah, and sports leagues such as the PSL, ICC and other competitions. These references are for the benefit of Pakistani users and do not constitute endorsements, partnerships or affiliations.
PKR58 does not control the privacy practices of any third-party service or website. Any data you provide directly to a third-party platform — including during payment transactions — is governed by that platform's own privacy policy. We strongly recommend that you review the privacy policies of any third-party service you interact with.
Section 14
PKR58 reserves the right to update or modify this Privacy Policy at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the effective date displayed at the top of this page. Where the changes are significant — particularly those that affect how we use or share your personal data — we will take additional steps to notify you, such as sending a notification to your registered email address or displaying a prominent notice on the Platform.
Your continued use of PKR58 after any updated Privacy Policy has been published and you have been given a reasonable opportunity to review it constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with any revised terms, you should cease using the Platform and may request account closure through our support channels.
