These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the PKR58 platform. Please read them carefully before accessing or using any part of this website. By continuing to use PKR58, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these terms.

Section 01
Welcome to PKR58 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), an English-language online gaming reference and information platform operating under the domain pkr58.cam. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between PKR58 and any individual ("User", "you", "your") who accesses, browses or otherwise uses the Platform.
PKR58 is designed and operated as an informational reference platform targeting the Pakistan market. The Platform provides guidance, educational content and general information relating to online sports betting, live casino games, responsible gambling tools, bonus structures and associated services. PKR58 does not itself operate as a casino or sportsbook and does not accept real-money wagers directly on this website.
These Terms apply to all Users regardless of their location. Users accessing the Platform from Pakistan are specifically advised that online gambling may be subject to restrictions under Pakistani law, including but not limited to the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977. PKR58 does not hold a licence issued by the Government of Pakistan, the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA), the State Bank of Pakistan or any other Pakistani regulatory authority, and makes no representation that any form of online gambling is legally permitted in Pakistan.

By accessing any part of the PKR58 Platform — whether you register an Account or simply browse as a guest — you confirm that:
If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform. Continued use after any published update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version.
Section 04
Registration on PKR58 is strictly limited to adults. The minimum age to create an Account and use any wagering-related features of the Platform is eighteen (18) years. Where the Operator's licence jurisdiction imposes a higher minimum age, that higher minimum applies. PKR58 takes underage gambling extremely seriously. Any Account found to belong to a minor will be suspended immediately, all funds held on account may be forfeited and the matter will be referred to the appropriate authorities where required.
⚠️ Age Verification: All Users are required to submit valid identity documents confirming their date of birth as part of the KYC process. Providing false age information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
Users are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of the Platform complies with all laws applicable in their country, province or territory of residence. PKR58 does not accept registrations from jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law. Users in Pakistan are specifically advised that the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 and associated regulations may restrict or prohibit online gambling activity. PKR58 is not in a position to provide legal advice and strongly recommends that Pakistani users seek independent legal counsel before engaging in any online wagering activity.
Each User may hold only one registered Account on the Platform. Duplicate accounts, accounts held in another person's name, or accounts used by more than one individual are strictly prohibited. Breach of this policy may result in all associated accounts being suspended and any pending withdrawals withheld pending investigation.
The following individuals are not eligible to register or maintain an Account:

To create an Account on PKR58, Users must provide accurate, current and complete information including their full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and a valid contact number. All information must match the identity documents submitted during the KYC process.
PKR58 requires all Users to complete KYC verification before processing withdrawal requests or unlocking certain promotional features. Acceptable identity documents include, but are not limited to, a valid national identity card (CNIC), passport or other government-issued photo ID. Proof of address may also be required. PKR58 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any stage, particularly where transactions of significant value are involved.
Users are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of their Account credentials, including their username, password and any two-factor authentication codes. PKR58 strongly recommends that Users:
PKR58 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from a User's failure to comply with the security obligations set out in this clause.
Section 06
PKR58 references a range of payment methods familiar to Pakistani users purely for informational and educational purposes. These references include, but are not limited to, Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah. It is expressly clarified that none of these payment providers endorse, support or are affiliated with PKR58 or any gambling operator referenced on this Platform. The actual payment methods available for deposits and withdrawals are determined solely by the licensed Operator and are subject to change without notice.
Minimum deposit thresholds are set by the individual Operator and are not fixed by PKR58. Any PKR figures referenced on the Platform (such as "PKR 1,000 minimum deposit") are illustrative examples only and do not constitute a guaranteed offer unless confirmed in writing by the relevant Operator at the time of transaction.
Transactions on the Platform are typically denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Where an Operator uses a different base currency, conversion rates applied are those of the Operator and are subject to applicable exchange rate fluctuations and any fees imposed by the payment processor.
All deposit and withdrawal transactions are subject to the Operator's anti-money laundering (AML) policies and may be delayed or declined pending satisfactory completion of compliance checks.
Section 07
Withdrawals may only be processed to payment accounts registered in the User's own verified name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. All withdrawal requests are subject to completed KYC verification. First-time withdrawals invariably require full identity verification before processing commences.
Withdrawal processing times depend on the method selected, the User's verification status and the Operator's internal compliance queue. PKR58 cannot guarantee specific withdrawal timelines. Indicative timeframes referenced on the Platform (for example, faster processing via e-wallets such as Easypaisa or JazzCash, versus 1–3 business day bank transfers) are general guidance only. Actual processing may take longer due to compliance checks, bank processing cycles or other external factors beyond PKR58's control.
Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits are set by the individual Operator and may vary depending on the User's KYC status, VIP tier and selected payment method. These limits are not fixed by PKR58. Users are advised to review the Operator's current withdrawal policy before initiating a transaction.
Section 08
All bonus amounts, percentage matches, free spins, cashback rates, referral credits and other promotional figures referenced on PKR58 are illustrative examples only. They are provided to explain how such promotions generally work and do not constitute confirmed live offers unless independently verified with the relevant Operator at the point of claim.
Every bonus is subject to a wagering requirement — the number of times the bonus amount must be staked before any derived winnings can be withdrawn. Users are strongly advised to review the applicable wagering multiplier, qualifying games, game contribution percentages and time limits before accepting any bonus offer. As a general illustration, a PKR 1,000 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement would require PKR 20,000 in qualifying bets before withdrawal is permitted. These are examples only.
The following general restrictions commonly apply to bonuses and are included here for User education:
PKR58 maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse. Activity including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts to claim a single bonus, collusion between accounts, arbitrage betting designed to exploit bonus terms, or any other manipulation of promotional mechanics constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of balances.

Users of PKR58 are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following:

Section 10
All content on the PKR58 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, data compilations and software — is the exclusive property of PKR58 or its content licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark and intellectual property laws.
Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not permit:

The PKR58 Platform and all Content thereon are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. PKR58 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, free of viruses or otherwise secure. Users access the Platform entirely at their own risk.
Nothing on PKR58 constitutes financial, investment, tax or legal advice. All information provided is general and educational in nature. PKR58 expressly disclaims any liability for losses — financial or otherwise — arising from a User's reliance on Platform content when making wagering decisions.
PKR58 is not responsible for the services, conduct, promotional accuracy or payout integrity of any third-party Operator referenced on the Platform. Any disputes between a User and an Operator must be resolved directly with that Operator through their published complaints and dispute resolution procedures.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, PKR58's total aggregate liability to any User arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform shall not exceed the greater of (i) the total amount deposited by the User in the twelve months immediately preceding the claim, or (ii) PKR 5,000 — whichever is lower. This limitation applies regardless of the form of action.

PKR58 is unequivocally committed to the promotion of responsible gambling. The Platform provides access to a range of tools designed to help Users maintain control of their gambling activity. These include:
Gambling is intended as a form of entertainment. It is not a strategy for generating income or solving financial difficulties. ⚠️ 18+ Only: Adults aged 18 and over only — or the higher minimum required by the operator/licence jurisdiction. Being 18 years of age does not automatically make gambling lawful in Pakistan. Local laws may impose further restrictions. PKR58 does not claim any Pakistani government authorisation for gambling activities.
Section 13
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which PKR58 is incorporated or registered, to the extent permitted by applicable law. No provision of these Terms shall be construed as creating any obligation on PKR58 to comply with Pakistani law with respect to gambling operations, beyond those obligations that apply to information service providers operating internationally.
In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter amicably through good-faith negotiation. Disputes that cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days of the initial notice shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with internationally recognised arbitration rules. Each party shall bear its own costs and fees associated with the arbitration process unless otherwise ordered by the arbitrator.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Users waive any right to participate in any class action, collective proceeding or representative action against PKR58. All disputes must be brought on an individual basis.
Section 14
PKR58 reserves the right to revise, update or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time, at its sole discretion. When material changes are made, PKR58 will update the effective date displayed at the top of this page and, where practicable, notify registered Users via email or in-platform notification.
Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your binding acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform immediately and, if registered, request account closure via our support channels.
It is the User's responsibility to review these Terms periodically. PKR58 shall not be liable for any damage or loss arising from a User's failure to review published Terms updates.
